First Fridays Exhibit #3

I had a great time talking to visitors of the exhibit about our pre-k program and teaching young children. But the best part of this experience was seeing our pre-k children and their families reactions when they arrived at the exhibit. The families were so happy to see their children's work displayed beautifully for others to see. The kids were just confused about why their classroom materials were in a art studio. I also really enjoyed seeing our pre-k children interact and teach the young visitors in the play space.-Mr. Nick

Welcome Ms.B

If you have been folowing the blog or you are a parent of our students you have probably seen or heard stories of the work that Ms.B has done with our pre-k. Ms. B is Brianne Teevan creater of Bambini Creativi. Bambini Creativi is an Early Learning Educational Preschool that practices the Reggio Emilia Approach and believes in the great potential all children have, giving them every opportunity to explore and find new questions and discover new answers.

SVN Pre-K is proud to announce that Ms. Teevan is now a member of SVN Charter School. Ms. Teevan will be consulting and aiding staff on projects, classroom design,and documentation. Check out this video that SVN third grade has made to welcome her to our school.
